Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report: 2/3/14: Simple Frequency Day of Joy

Today is a 3 Frequency day with a 33 Minor frequency influence.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 3 and 33 are:

3 – I AM Joyful Creation

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

We are going to look at the 33 Minor frequency first because it is just that; a Minor influence, so it really has only a very subtle affect on the day.

Remember it came into play on the 26th and will continue through tomorrow, February 4th. After then it will grow in strength and become a sub-frequency influence affecting several days in February. So all in all this frequency has been, and is in, effect today to just very subtly assist in setting The Christ Consciousness deeper into the Collective’s Consciousness.

As a reminder, or for those who are new to these frequency reports, I will share here again what the 33 Frequency is about. It holds the energy of Compassion of a higher frequency than that of the everyday human level. This is Compassion created from the High Heart and is the same frequency of Compassion that Sananda, known to many by the name of Jesus the Christ, and other Ascended Masters carried and emitted while incarnate in human form.

The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and it lends its self to showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. We must understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.

Since I began posting these reports back in August of 2013, believe it or not, we have had only one other day where we had, what I call, a “Simple Frequency Day”; or at least only one other 3 Simple Frequency day, (and not many of any other single frequency either).

What I mean by this is that all other 3 frequency days have had some sort of Sub-frequency, or dual Sub-frequency, or Potential; either Active or Passive, woven into the days frequency pattern.

The reason for this is because where we exist as a Collective Consciousness now and as “Lightworkers” as we refer to ourselves, we no longer get “days off”. There is too much work to be done for us to get days off now; especially for those of us who have been called to, and chosen to, step into the work of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality. By making this choice, we now have work, “Light Work” that is, in a minimum of two realities; the New Mayan Calendar Round reality and the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality. It’s like holding two jobs. There are no days off! At least not many.

Well guess what! Today… we have a day off! Of sorts!

I say this because today the only frequency really affecting us to any great extent is the 3 Frequency, and the 3 Frequency is the frequency of Joy, Lightheartedness and Creativity.

We have ended the work of January, and haven’t really started the work of February yet, so today… we get to let our hair down, relax and just IN-Joy and be Creative.

The 3 Frequency is Creative Energy; Creativity in all forms. It is the first (initial) energy of the Creative Life Force for the Physical realms and is the lower frequency vibration of the 111, and therefore associated with the Initial Spark of the Conception Energy.

The 3 Frequency is lighthearted and filled with the vibration of Joy. It sets our imaginations free from structured reality and allows us to fly to Mystical and Magickal realms.

In this energy we play, we enjoy life and everything is has to offer. This way of existing, in turn, opens us to unlimited possibilities of Creative Expression.

The frequency of Joy is one of the highest, if not the highest frequency obtainable within our reality. When you exist in, and work from the energy of Joy anything is not only possible, it manifest into physical reality quickly.

Do not underestimate the powers of the Frequency of Joy in Creating New Realities.

Enjoying life, laughing, exploring with your imagination, painting, dancing, laughing, writing, singing, etc; all of these “Simple Pleasures” of life can Create New Realities faster and more efficiently than any other Frequency can.

I mean after all, 3 IS the base Frequency of Creation.

One very simple way to experience this frequency fully is to share your joy and state of bliss with others. I suggest, if at all possible go have lunch with a friend that makes you laugh, or go see a movie that is lighthearted and humorous.

Whatever brings you into a state of Joy and Bliss… today is the day to make time for it.

 

So today… go out and IN-JOY Life.

It’s your last day off for some time to come. Don’t waste it!

Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report: 2/2/14: Dual Frequency Day; Building Upon Sacred Structure

Today is a dual frequency day, with the two frequencies being the 11 and 22 Frequencies. We don’t have many days holding a dual Frequency, so today is a very powerful day. Along with this dual 11/22 frequency day we also have a 33 Minor frequency influence and a 333 Passive Potential in play.

Energies will be high today, so be patient with yourself and others as we move through today.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 11, 22, 33 and 333 are:

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

22 – I Am Spiritual Vision Building Sacred Structure

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

333 – I AM the Multi-dimensional Birth Portal

First let’s take a look at the 33 Minor and the 333 Passive Potential that are in play today.

The 33 Minor Frequency came into play on the 26th and will continue through February 4th, as a very subtle frequency influence. After that it will grow in strength, and become a sub-frequency influence affecting several days throughout February.

Remember I have been telling you that the 33 Frequency holds the energy of Compassion created from the High Heart; the same frequency of Compassion that Sananda, known to many by the name of Jesus the Christ, and other Ascended Masters carried and emitted while incarnate in human form.

It is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and lends its self to showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. It lends us aid in showing us how to be of assistance to others without becoming hooked into the energy of their dramas and adding to what we are trying to help them heal and release. We must let others experience their journey of awakening without becoming attached to, and affected by, the low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create. It is their journey to Awakening, not ours. That is, unless we attach our self to it.

This frequency is here to very subtly teach and give us assistance in learning to do this.

The 333 Frequency is the frequency of movement into the Multi-dimensional realms. It opens Star Gate Portals into other dimensions and realms of reality.

I shared that yesterday would be a great day to do a meditation and move through the 333 Stag Gate Portal opening and see just where you end up. We talked about there being an infinite number of dimensions and realities open to us, and all it takes to experience them is having the courage to step out of your comfort zone and experience them for your self.

Today the Portal is still open, just not as strongly. So if you did not get a chance yesterday, maybe you can make time today to journey in search of another Aspect of your Self existing in another Dimensional Time Frame Reality and see what you have to share with yourself!  

Just set your intention to meet the Aspect of Self that holds information most pertinent to your present life, and the situations you are currently working through.  

Now to today’s main Frequency combination

Back on the 22nd of January, 2014 we had an 11/22 frequency combination, but both were Sub-frequencies; so this meant they were only supporting frequencies, (the main frequency that day was 3).

Today the 11 and 22 Frequencies are the main frequency of the day. This makes them much stronger and therefore they affect us in a more potent manner.

I am going to share again what I did on the 22nd, for obviously it is even more pertinent to today than it was then.

I can tell you now that what we did on the 22nd was really more of a practice run for what we will be doing today; and tomorrow when we have a 3 Frequency day, (which is the frequency of the Creative Energies) we will be setting into motion what we focus on and spiral into existence today.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective. Dealing with the Multi-dimensional realms like we are now, this 11 Frequency assists us in being able to better relate to and accept that multiple dimensions exist and that we truly do have access to them.

The 22 Frequency holds the energy and information of the Master Builder; one who builds upon, with and through Sacred Structure.

Let’s just take a quick look at what is meant by Sacred Structure.

Structure: (According to dictionary search on yahoo)

1) something that is made up from a number of parts put together in a particular way. 2) the way in which parts are put together to form a whole; its makeup. 3) the interrelation or arrangement of parts in a complex entity.

Structuralize/Structuralization: To form, organize, or incorporate into a structure. This is the act of Building.

Sacred: worthy of respect or dedication; something set apart from the profane and mundane world of the lower frequencies; often referring to the physical area around a temple or other physical structure.

Here, if we begin with self as the center point, and recognize that WE, each of us, as the embodiment of Spirit in Physical form is an animated, living, breathing Sacred Temple, then we suddenly realize where our focus and our intentional “Creation and Building of a Sacred Structure, based on the Truth shown to us through our Spiritual Vision” must begin if we are to Create and Build a Collective Reality in, and of, this Sacred Vision and Truth.

It Must Begin With Self!

Each of us is a Sacred Building Block necessary to the completed construction of the Sacred Temple of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

And each of us is responsible for the Creation, Building and Maintaining of Self in a Sacred Manner.

When we Create reality from a place of Joy formulated according to the Divine Spirit within us; that place that naturally knows existence is a Sacred projection of the ONE Consciousness, and we Build this Reality upon a Structure not of, or a part of, the profane and divisive world of low frequencies, we Create a physical area around our Sacred Temple; our physical body.

This then radiates out from us no matter where we are, where we may go, and no matter what low frequency energies we encounter.

The more individuals who are Awakened to this Spiritual Truth, and who begin creating in this fashion, the more encompassing this frequency and way of Creating our Collective Reality becomes.

Like the concentric circles in the ripples in a pond, each of us emit the frequency we focus on and are attuned to. As we meet each other’s radiated concentric circles of frequency, we join and begin to cover and affect a larger and larger portion of our Collective reality.

With each coming together of these individual ripples of frequency, their overlapping boundaries create the Sacred Geometric form of the Vesica Piscis, the Birth Portal through which Creation moves into manifest form; the Cosmic Yoni. The creation of each new Vesica Piscis from each of these points of coming together, open ever wider the Cosmic Yoni on Earth allowing more opportunity for Higher Frequencies to enter into our Collective Reality affecting the speed at which we create our New Reality.

So today, ride the waves of the high frequency energies washing over our reality, and focus your intention on the Building of our Collective Reality on a Sacred Structural Foundation; one based on the Truth shown to us through our Spiritual Vision of what we are capable of creating.

Today is a 1 Frequency day with a 33 Minor frequency influence and a 333 Active Potential frequency influence.

333 – I AM the Multi-dimensional Birth Portal

The 1 Frequency is about the Self… you as the Individual you are. So today’s focus is working on Self.

The 33 Minor Frequency came into play on the 26th and will continue through February 4th. After that we will see it grow in strength, when it will become a sub-frequency influence affecting several days in February.

Let’s go back and look at that 1 Frequency a bit closer.

The 1 Frequency gives assistance to the individual in finding the courage they need to begin their quest and journey into what being Multi-dimensional means for them.

Remember the 1 Frequency is about New Beginnings. It is about starting a New Journey into unexplored territory in search of what else is out there.

Today’s frequency combination lends assistance in being able to find the courage we need to start down this new path into uncharted territory and see and understand it from the perspective of one who knows the Truth of their Spiritual Origins and what it implies for daily life in this New and Expanded Reality of Multi-dimensionality we are preparing to move in to.

I always share that the best way to really understand the 1 Frequency is found in the Tarot card of “The Fool”.

This card represents one who is innocent in knowledge and life experiences, in this case there is little knowledge and experience in understanding exactly what being Multi-dimensional looks like. But it is exactly because of this lack of knowledge and experience with Multi-dimensionality that the 1 Frequency is of such great assistance in allowing us to be fearless in exploring these newly opening Multi-dimensional realms.

The 1 Frequency and The Fool represent New Beginnings, being spontaneous and jumping in. Not in a sense of carelessness and reckless abandon, (although from time to time it may appear to others this is the case) but out of a sense of wonder, awe, excitement and questioning.

The Fool is beginning a journey down a new and unexplored path in search of, “What else is out there?”

The Fool’s lack of experience allows him to take off in a new direction unhindered by falsely preconceived ideas and fears created by others.

The Fool is actually an Independent Free Thinker because of his innocence and lack of experience. Unafraid to go exploring in territory in pursuit of answers where others would try to convince him dangers lie hidden in wait to harm him, he will cross boundaries marked by signposts warning…

“Here there be Dragons!”

He is driven to search no matter the cost.  He will “Boldly go where no man has gone before”, (any Trekky will know that one!) and Bravely face his fears.

In many ways we are now starting The Fool’s Journey down a New Path into Uncharted Territory; a path leading into the Multi-dimensional Realms of Reality.

Today’s frequency combination not only lends assistance in being able to find the courage needed to start down the path into the uncharted territory of Multi-dimensionality, it also opens a Star Gate Birth Portal into other dimensions.

Today would be a great day to do a meditation and move through the 333 Stag Gate Portal opening and see just where you end up. There are an infinite number of dimensions and realities open to us, and all it takes to experience them is having the courage to step out of your comfort zone and experience them for yourself. Go out in search for another Aspect of your Self existing in another Dimensional Time Frame Reality and see what you have to share with yourself!  

Don’t worry, you will find your way back. Just leave a trail of energetic breadcrumbs to follow back home if you are a bit timid about stepping through this open Star Gate.

So today, BE BRAVE! Be that Independent Free Thinker and take the Beginning steps onto that New Path before you! Allow your Journey into the Multi-dimensional Realms to begin!

Related to the Cosmic Meditation

Today is the fifth and last day of the third and final Out-breath phase of the Cosmic Meditation we have been doing during the month of January.

The main focus for this Out-breath phase has been to exhale the energy we created in the third In-breath phase of resetting the Foundation for Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective’s Consciousness.

Today we finalize this month long work and begin preparation for the work of February; the Cleansing, Realigning and Conscious Evolving of our Spiritual DNA and our Double Helix Human Strand DNA.

Use the energy of the frequencies of today to bring yourself to the acceptance of the Multi-dimensional Realms and Realities being every bit as “Real” as what we perceive to be our physical existence.

The 2nd through the 4th will be preparation days also, and we will begin the initial Cleansing process on Wednesday, February 5th, 2014.

The last time we had this particular frequency combination was on December 30th, 2013 when we used it to set our Intentions for this year, 2014.

As a matter of fact, we saw it four times in total in December of 2013, and each time it was associated with the opening of the 333 Star Gate Portal and aligning it with the 444 Star Gate Portal for the Opening of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality on the 13/13/13 and our movement into the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality for those who felt the call to do so.

Today, Friday January 31st, and tomorrow, Saturday February 1st, 2014, this 333 Frequency Stargate Portal will be open once again giving us assistance in aligning further with opening to, and moving into existing within, a Multi-dimensional Reality in a much more physical fashion.

Today’s frequency combination gives us, almost what I would call, a second opportunity to move into 2014 once again, but this time we do it in a more focused manner.

We are still really under the subtle influence of the second Super New Moon of yesterday, which was all about bringing issues to the surface to release, and for effecting change in our lives and reality.

Referring back to the information I shared yesterday about this second Super New Moon it was/is assisting us in taking on our Individual Responsibility of the Creation of the Expansion of Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness and in better Understanding the workings of our Universal Reality through the use of our Spiritual Intuition used in conjunction with our Physical Intelligence. This Super New Moon’s frequency combination helped to open wider the eyes of the Visionary Spiritual Seeker and set them on a path of Adventurous Change.

This Super New Moon gave us the opportunity to once again firmly set the energy for real Positive Change and Healing into the rest of this year.

So today’s frequency combination is about opening to, and moving further into the Multi-dimensional realms and setting our feet more firmly in the Multi-dimensional realms and reality, and gives us assistance in understanding a bit better just exactly what being Multi-dimensional means.

Tomorrow, Saturday February 1st, 2014, this focus on movement into the Multi-dimensional reality realms will be focused very much on the individual. Giving us a closer look at what Multi-dimensionality means and feels like to each of us as the individual we are.

Related to the Cosmic Meditation

Today is the fourth day of the third and final Out-breath phase of the Cosmic Meditation we have been doing during the month of January.

The main focus for this Out-breath phase is to exhale the energy we created in the third In-breath phase of resetting the Foundation for Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective’s Consciousness.

Today’s added focus in on exhaling the energy expanding the creative means and ways in which this healing can take place. We have to “think outside of the box” and allow healing to manifest in ways, and from directions, that we might not ever conceive of in our limited linear thinking. We have to open to the Multi-dimensional realms and not be afraid to allow healing to transpire in the fashion that our Multi-dimensional Aspects of Self know and understand. We have to stop limiting the ways in which we perceive reality can be created and step into a Multi-dimensional perspective and reality.

Remember, February is going to start off with a very high Frequency as we Birth our Consciousness into the Multi-dimensional work of Cleansing, Realigning and Consciously Evolving our Spiritual DNA.

We are looking to make a rather large leap forward in the work of Clearing Karmic Imbalances within our Double Helix Human Stand DNA, so we will be prepared to open very different DNA sequences and combinations associated with the Metatronic Frequencies, and working more closely and consciously with the Shambahallic dimensions later this year.

This will be the work of February 2014 as it pertains to the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality.

The Great Invocation

Today is an 11 Frequency day with a 33 Minor frequency influence. It is also an 11:11 Encoded Frequency day with a 7-11 frequency embed.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 11 and 33 are:

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

Overall and very quickly, this day is about expanding the energy of Spiritual Awakening out into an ever widening circle. It is about each of us taking Responsibility not only for Self in all areas of life; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually; but now we extend this Responsibility to being of more assistance to others, and to the Collective Consciousness of Humanity as a whole in our Spiritual Awakening Journey and to the Change in our Reality in a positive forward movement we desire to create.

This is also the day of the second Super New Moon this month, something that does not occur very often; especially with the first Super New Moon having occurred on the first day of this New Year.

Super Moon simply refers to the fact that this is the closest approach of our Moon in physical proximity to Earth; or it’s Perigee. Other Super Moons this year will be July 12th, August 10th and September 8th/9th, with the August 10th being the closest; but these three Super Moons will be Full Moons.

Also, lunar phases repeat every 19 years. This repeating pattern is known as a Metonic Cycle, named after the Athenina astronomer Meton who introduced a calendar based on it in 432 BC.

This means the last time we had a New Moon on a New Year’s Day was in 1995; a 6 Frequency year, and we won’t see another New Moon on New Year’s Day again until 2033; an 8 Frequency year.

So what this tells us it that not only are we in a 7 Frequency year; 2014=7. We are also beginning a 19 year 7 Frequency Metonic Cycle .

This second New Moon holds a 3-11-5 frequency, and it is under the umbrella influence of a 7 Frequency Metonic Cycle.

7 – I AM Intelligence Seeking Self

Within this amazing frequency combination we are being assisted with taking on our Individual Responsibility of the Creation of the Expansion of Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness in better Understanding the workings of our Universal Reality through the use of our Spiritual Intuition used in conjunction with our Physical Intelligence. This frequency combination’s energy opens wider the eyes of the Visionary Spiritual Seeker and sets them on a path of Adventurous Change.

This Super New Moon gives us the opportunity to once again firmly set the energy for the energy for real Positive Change and Healing into the rest of this year.

Now we are going to take a look at the 33 Frequency. It is a Minor frequency influence which makes it a very subtle influence on the day.

The 33 Minor Frequency came into play on the 26th and will continue through February 4th. After that we will see it grow in strength, when it will become a sub-frequency influence affecting several days in February. This frequency influence is more about setting up what is to come in February.

The 33 Frequency holds the energy of Compassion of a higher frequency than that of the everyday human level. This is Compassion created from the High Heart and is the same frequency of Compassion that Sananda, known to many by the name of Jesus the Christ, and other Ascended Masters carried and emitted while incarnate in human form.

The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and it lends its self to showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. We must understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality; and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in the further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths.

11 is the Frequency of Illumination. It sheds Divine Light on the Heart and Mind of our Human level of understanding, thus allowing for what has been hidden to be brought out and be seen. It shows us the expanded truth of our reality, allowing us to see through the lens of our Spiritual Eyes and to understand reality through the mind of, and the knowledge held by our Higher Self.

Now let’s look at what the 11:11 Encoded Frequency is about and brings to today.

Remember the Q4 have told us that with the work we did back in November of 2013 the 11:11 Frequency Portal of the New Mayan Calendar Round Reality now stands continuously open. What this means is that movement through this portal is now available at all times to everyone; there is an Ease of Access that was not there before. The changes this is making in our Present Projected Time Frame Reality are that we are beginning to see, and will see a continuous acceleration of Spiritual Awakening by those who still slumber; and the reality of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity existing on Gaia will flow and shift more rapidly into a fuller Spiritually Awakened state.

Back on January 3rd, 2014 I also shared that now that the 11:11 Frequency Portal is continuously open, and we have moved into 2014, a 7 Frequency year with a 7-11 Frequency embedded into it, our work with the 11:11 Encoded Wake-Up Frequency has changed slightly.

We no longer need to focus on raising frequency to enable it to remain open, we have accomplished that.

Now our work, especially on these full 11:11 Frequency Encoded days, is to focus our energy and intentions on being of assistance to the lessening of the accumulative amount of highly negative charged emotions surrounding the planet and how they can hinder the Spiritually Slumbering Masses in Initial Awakening; especially those who are beginning to react to the subconscious promptings of their own Spiritual Awakening.

For as we can all remember, as exciting as initial Spiritual Awakening is, it is also a time when we are often lost and confused as to what we should believe and think and where we should turn in our quest for understanding about what is happening to us. And with the larger numbers of newly Awakening humans happening simultaneously, the planet and the Collective Consciousness will see times of overwhelming amounts of energy of fear and confusion being released. This is when we truly need to focus on assisting in the energy work of Love and Light by emitting this newly upgraded 11:11 Encoded Frequency Message…

“You are Waking Up… You are Safe… And You ARE on the Right Path”

The 7-11 Frequency combination is very powerful and lends assistance in going beyond the surface in looking at Self. It can be a difficult energy for many; for if they are not comfortable with Self and their Spirituality and Spiritual beliefs, and are still not ready to be Responsible for their own Spiritual growth, this energy can be stressful and unpleasant.

This Frequency combination leaves no room for NOT taking seriously your Individual Responsibility for your own Spiritual Growth.

Just as a Saturn Return in you Natal Astrological Chart forces you to take a long hard look at Self and demands you examine your life and your belief system, so too does this Frequency combination push you beyond your comfort zone in what you consider your individual Responsibility for Self, especially as it pertains to your individual responsibility to being of assistance to the Awakening Journey of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

This 7-11 Frequency combination disallows the ability to any longer ignore the Truth of our Reality and your portion of the Responsibility for creating it, and it is embedded into this whole year of 2014. This means that on these particular days with this 7-11 Frequency code embedded into them, these days can be very trying for many. They can be highly emotionally charged and cause much stress and anxiety.

Much of what we are seeing play out on the world stage associated with corruption being brought to light is because of this frequency combination’s effects. Believe me, we will see much, much more as this year progresses.

Related to the Cosmic Meditation

Today is the third day of the third and final Out-breath phase of the Cosmic Meditation we have been doing during the month of January.

There are some very powerful frequencies and frequency combinations in play today. Each of them individually is potent in its self, but added together they give us a level of assistance of frequency ribbon weavings that we do not see extremely often. Today truly is a very powerful frequency day.

Keeping in mind everything you now know about the frequencies of today and the main focus for this Out-breath phase being to exhale the energy we created in the third In-breath phase of resetting the Foundation for Healing deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective’s Consciousness, our added focus of today is simply to do just that.

We will be finishing this work at the conscious level we have been doing it for this last month and moving on to what is next, so it is extremely important that we make sure this Foundation of Healing Template is set firmly into place for the rest of this year.

Please take time today to meditate and focus on this Sacred Contractual Work we are doing; for although technically we still have two more Out-breath days before this Cosmic Meditation is complete, beginning tomorrow we will begin preparing for the DNA work we will begin in February.

The Q4 have stated that if any resonate with doing so, the use of the Great Invocation with today’s work can be beneficial.

The 1 Frequency is about the Self… you as the Individual you are. So today’s frequency is focused on working on Self. The reason work on Self is so important is because if we are to be effective at the work of assisting the Collective Consciousness we have to have our own energy balanced and flowing properly.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality; and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in the further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths.

The 111 Frequency is about the initial thought energy of movement into the Multi-dimensional realms; so the 1-11-111 Frequency combination is really very straight forward. It is about the Individual Awakening to the Expanded Reality of their Multi-dimensional Self.

The 1 Frequency gives assistance to the individual in finding the courage they need to begin their quest and journey into what being Multi-dimensional means for them.

Remember the 1 Frequency is about New Beginnings. It is about starting a New Journey into unexplored territory in search of what else is out there. The 1-11-111 Frequency combination holds a space where we can step out into the unknown. It creates a sense of being an Independent Free Thinker, and allows us to move out in search of answers to the greater questions about our physical and spiritual reality unhindered by falsely preconceived ideas and fears created by societal norms that limit what reality can look like and be.

Today is the second day of the third and final Out-breath phase of the Cosmic Meditation we have been doing during the month of January.

Remember. The main focus for this Out-breath phase is to exhale the energy we created in the third In-breath phase of resetting the Foundation for Healing deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective’s Consciousness.

Today’s added focus is on exhaling the energy of each individual working on Self; for as we all very well know, REAL HEALING AND CHANGE HAS TO BEGIN WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELF!

In light of that knowledge today we lovingly exhale the creation of a Welcoming and Safe place where people can feel secure in doing the hard work on Self. We do this with the intention of setting this Healing Frequency of work on Self deeper, and in a much more concrete way, into the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche so the Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective’s Psyche will continue and become very much a part of what is transpiring on Earth at this current time.

Yesterday I shared this information, but would like to do so again for those who may not have read yesterday’s report.

On Thursday, the 30th of January, 2014 we will be under the frequency influence of a second Super New Moon occurring this month. This will be a very powerful day aimed at being of assistance to the further Spiritual Awakening to the Christ Consciousness for all of Humanity. I suggest you prepare yourself for the energies of this day.

Also, February will start off with a very high Frequency as we Birth our Consciousness into the Multi-dimensional work of Cleansing, Realigning and Consciously Evolving our Spiritual DNA.

We are looking to make a rather large leap forward in the work of Clearing Karmic Imbalances within our Double Helix Stand DNA, so we will be prepared to open very different DNA sequences and combinations associated with the Metatronic Frequencies, and working more closely and consciously with the Shambahallic dimensions later this year.

This will be the work of February 2014 as it pertains to the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality.

Thoughts on Compassion and Detachment

The 9-11 Frequency combination was the frequency we stated the year 2014 with; and also the first day of the second Out-breath phase in our 22 day Cosmic Meditation. And so we begin the final Out-breath phase with this same frequency combination.

I have always shared that the easiest way to come to understand and experience the frequency of the 9 frequency bandwidth is to think of Mother Teresa and Princess Diana and the work these two women did, and the energy they embodied and projected to the world. The loving energy that floods over you when you connect with this image is the energy of the 9 Frequency.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

Today the 11 frequency is here to lend support to the 9 Frequency. It is here to assist in expanding your understanding of Divine Unconditional Giving and the difference holding this level of Giving and Compassion can make in the world when we apply it to our lives each and every day.

The 9 Frequency is about Unconditional Giving, and Unconditional Giving is giving to others without expectation of return.

We must also know and remember that Forgiveness is also an act of Unconditional Giving. Let’s look at this for just a moment.

What we must first recognize is that, this act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness must begin with our Self if we are to be of true assistance to the work of creating and manifesting a positive influence on the world and the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity as One.

You cannot lend positive energy to creating and manifesting Positive Change, World Peace and Equality while holding onto anger, resentment, pain, grief, judgment, and chastisement of Self (or others) over what you perceive as past mistakes; and to truly forgive others to the full extent of this energy, you must do so for Self first.

What transpires when you Forgive yourself is a complete release of energies that no longer serve your highest good or the highest good of the Collective Consciousness.

The 9 Frequency is also about Completion, and the act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness brings you to this stage of Completion.

Once reached, this is a big step in your Spiritual Awakening process; for you cannot move forward to exist fully and continuously into the Master Number Frequencies until this process is complete.

Remember, as was stated in the quote above, Forgiveness is a Conscious and Deliberate Decision. You must want to do this work, then you must Consciously decide to Forgive, then you must act upon that decision.

Today’s 9-11 Frequency lends assistance in finalizing this work on all levels. So use this familiar energy to assist you in this work of Completion of the release of energies that no longer serve your highest good and prepare to step forward into a new existence in the frequencies of the Master Numbers in a stronger and more continuous manner.

Today we begin the third and final Out-breath phase of the work of the Cosmic Meditation we have been doing during the month of January.

During the four days of the third and final In-breath phase our added focus and work was to reset the Foundation for Healing deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective’s Consciousness.

Each day of the last In-breath phase had specific work of creation we did in order to do this efficiently. (to see each days specific work refer to the Metatronic Frequency Report for 1/24/14 – 1/27/14).

Today’s added focus is on exhaling the energy of Unconditional Giving to wrap Earth and all life on it in this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing so as to be of assistance in making Change in our Reality in a positive and Spiritually Expansive fashion. We do this with the intention of setting this Healing Frequency deeper, and in a much more concrete way, into the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche so this Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective’s Psyche will continue and become very much a part of what is transpiring on Earth at this current time.

Don’t forget, within this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing is held the realization that “Forgiveness” of self and others is essential to creating positive change in our Collective Reality.
