First today’s daily reminder for this month’s main work and focus.
Today is the first of three days that our focus on Continuously Living in a State of Divine Unconditional Love associated with the work of Cleansing, Realigning and Consciously Evolving the Double Helix Human Strand DNA is in eleven hour increments of time. This is the better part of your waking hours of each day; so please prepare yourself as you awaken and begin each of these three days.
Remember to revisit the Guided Meditation to be used in conjunction with this work to assist you in this process as often as you feel it deemed necessary for yourself.

Today is what I call a “Simple Frequency Day”. The reason for this term is probably evident; there is only one frequency. No Sub-frequency, no Minor frequency. No other frequency involved in the day at all.
These types of days do not come around very often; although the last one we did have was only sixteen days ago on the 3rd of February.
I personally classify these “Simple Frequency Days” as sort of like having a day off. And as Lightworkers we know we do not get many days off!
The reason for this is because where we exist as a Collective Consciousness now, there is too much work to be done for us to get days off, especially for those of us who have been called to, and chosen to step into the work of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality. Because by making this choice, we now have work in a minimum of two realities; the New Mayan Calendar Round reality and the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality. It’s like holding two jobs. There are no days off; at least not many.
So what is this day off about?

Today is about ME! Today I am going to focus on ME!
Today I am going to work on ME! Today I am going to pamper ME!
Today I am going to start meditating more!
Today I am going to begin studying the Great Mysteries more!
Today I am going to start the Sacred Work I know I came here to do!
Today I am going to release what no longer serves ME!

The 1 Frequency is about the Self… you as the Individual you are. So in a very real way today’s frequency is focused on working on Self. The reason the work on Self is so important is because if we are to be effective at the work of assisting the Collective Consciousness’ Spiritual Awakening we have to have our own energy balanced and flowing properly. If it is not, we are not doing all we are capable of doing in this work.
I always share that the best way to really understand the 1 Frequency is found in the Tarot card of “The Fool”.
This card represents one who is innocent in knowledge and life experiences, in this case there is little knowledge and experience in understanding exactly what being Multi-dimensional looks like. But it is exactly because of this lack of knowledge and experience that the 1 Frequency is of such great assistance in allowing us to be fearless in exploring these newly opening Multi-dimensional realms.
The 1 Frequency and The Fool represent New Beginnings, being spontaneous and jumping in. Not in a sense of carelessness and reckless abandon, (although from time to time it may appear to others this is the case) but out of a sense of wonder, awe, excitement and questioning.
The Fool is beginning a journey down a new and unexplored path in search of, “What else is out there?”
The Fool’s lack of experience allows him to take off in a new direction unhindered by falsely preconceived ideas and fears created by others.
The Fool is actually an Independent Free Thinker because of his innocence and lack of experience. Unafraid to go exploring in territory in pursuit of answers where others would try to convince him dangers lie hidden in wait to harm him, he will cross boundaries marked by signposts warning…
“Here there be Dragons!”
He is driven to search no matter the cost. He will boldly go into new territory others would not, and he will face his own fears and honestly look at Self allowing him to cleanse, heal and release what no longer serves his highest good.
In many ways we are now starting The Fool’s Journey down a New Path into Uncharted Territory; a path leading into the Multi-dimensional Realms of Reality. To start this new journey in the most efficient and positive way we must have worked through as many as possible of our individual issues so we are ready to head off into this unexplored territory undaunted.
So take today off and work on Self. Focus on yourself. Listen to yourself. Look at your Self, and finish up as much as possible, the letting go of as many personal issues as you can.
And just so you know. Tomorrow we are back to work!
